Kelly works with James Kratochvil as Office Manager and Recruiter. She has been working with the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network since 2001 and is responsible for recruiting and developing new Financial Representatives.

Kelly graduated from the University of Illinois in 1997 and is a lifelong resident of Crystal Lake; now with husband, John, daughter, Abby, and son, Johnny.
